Phase-0 Observation Report — Empirical Inscription of a Civilization-Scale Interferometric Measurement Channel
This document records the completion of Phase-0 activation of the Nakashima interferometric framework and establishes the first irreversible empirical inscription of a civilization-scale measurement channel constructed within publicly accessible digital infrastructure under fully pre-committed theoretical and statistical conditions.
Where Paper #172 established the covariant theoretical closure of irreversible information as a formally decidable physical framework, Paper #173 marks the transition from theoretical closure to operational observability. The objective of this work is strictly limited and precisely defined: to determine whether a measurement channel capable of producing causally admissible, non-degenerate structural output can be instantiated and executed without retrospective adjustment within globally distributed coordination networks.
All theoretical parameters, statistical thresholds, and analysis procedures were frozen prior to observation under explicit rejection logic. Temporal anchoring and cryptographic pre-registration ensured complete separation between theory and data until completion of the observation sequence, eliminating the possibility of post-hoc fitting, interpretive filtering, or selective inclusion. The resulting record is therefore treated as an irreversible empirical inscription rather than an interpretive dataset.
Using publicly accessible Ethereum Beacon-chain dynamics as a globally synchronized causal lattice, a seven-point observational sequence was acquired under strictly causal normalization and DKW-bounded admissibility constraints. The resulting phase-sensitive metric produced structurally interpretable, non-degenerate variation without collapse into statistical indeterminacy. No cosmological or civilizational inference is asserted. The sole admissible conclusion of Phase-0 is the confirmed existence of a functioning measurement channel capable of generating structurally meaningful deviation within distributed civilizational infrastructure under frozen protocol conditions.
Independent external review confirmed methodological integrity, causal admissibility, and statistical non-degeneracy within the predefined rejection framework. Pre- and post-observation cryptographic anchors recorded across independent global consensus systems establish irreversible temporal fixation of the observational record. Phase-0 is therefore declared complete and permanently closed. All subsequent data accumulation will belong exclusively to later observational phases and will not retroactively modify the Phase-0 inscription.
This publication does not claim validation of a cosmological hypothesis nor detection of any singular phenomenon. It records only that a reproducible observational channel has been successfully instantiated under strictly frozen theoretical and statistical conditions. The existence of such a channel constitutes the minimal empirical threshold required for transition from theoretical admissibility to operational measurement within the Phase-Defined Civilizational Physics program.
Paper #173 is hereby released as the first formal record of activation of a civilization-scale interferometric measurement architecture within publicly accessible global infrastructure. The record is preserved without interpretive extension and remains permanently fixed as the reference origin for all subsequent observational phases.
