This work redefines quantum fluctuations as civilizationally signable quantities and integrates the latest achievements of experimental physics into the institutional framework of Ken Theory™. Experimental results from levitated nanoparticles, nonlinear phonon resonators, room-temperature optomechanics, many-body entanglement, and molecular interference are shown to meet the conditions of fluctuation squeezing, non-classical correlations, environmental resilience, and collective dynamics. These results are elevated to ERC-Observables™, transforming them from mere measurements into civilizational resources recorded in the Mesh Ledger™.
To ensure reproducibility and institutional reliability, the concept of a Redundant Evidential Network (REN) is introduced, while the Re-signature Furnace™ converts classically unassignable phenomena into institutionally signable quantities. Furthermore, the ChronoPhase™ model links ERC observables with temporal gradients of future interference, rendering them institutionally visible as civilizational precursors.
Crucially, the Civilizational Relativity Principle (CRP) has been completed as a falsifiable and operational scientific principle, capable of triggering audit events on the Ledger.
