Evolving Through Being Broken — Ken Theory’s K-Propositions and Falsifiability

Encyclopedia Entry F-2: Self-Resonant Structure

Ken Theory does not resist external observation or falsification. On the contrary, it embraces them as the fuel for its own evolution.
This mechanism is symbolized by the K-Propositions (K1–K4).

The K-Propositions are falsifiable predictions aimed at physical experiments such as many-body dynamical localization (MBDL).
If a prediction fails, Ken Theory does not collapse into error. Instead, it evolves by being broken, incorporating the disturbance into a stronger form.

This property manifests as the Self-Resonant Structure of Ken Theory:

  • The theory “resonates” with the external world,

  • It breaks under disturbance or falsification,

  • It re-emerges stronger by integrating the break.

This unites Popper’s philosophy of falsifiability with Ken Theory’s emphasis on Mesh responsiveness.

Ken Theory does not secure itself by fixing truths. It evolves precisely by being broken.
This is the concrete operation of the Self-Updating Principle.
